Dana Wagenhals is a lifetime resident of Montana. Dana is a Broker/ Owner at Metro Realtors. He has over 30 years in Sales & Marketing along with extensive experience in managing leases, purchasing and selling of residential and commercial property.

Dana is a member of the Montana Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Billings Association of Realtors, Billings Multiple Listing Service, and is currently a Board Member for the Billings Association of Realtors and a Multiple Listing Service Committee Member. Dana also holds his Short Sales and Foreclosures Resource and Sellers Representative Specialist Designations.

Dana specializes in Residential Sales including First Time Home Buyers, Seasoned Sellers and Buyers, Income Properties and 1031 Exchange Properties. He works with builders on custom homes, spec. homes, lot sales and has the inside knowledge of the new subdivisions in and around Billings.

Dana and Cathy enjoy Snow Skiing, Water Sports, Golfing, and riding their Harley Davidson. Dana is a Member of the National and Local H.O.G. Chapter. Dana and his wife Cathy moved to Billings from Glasgow “the high line” in 2001. Two children, Chad and Jenni round out their family.
